Privacy Policy.

From customers: name, email, phone (optional), and the bookings you make. Payment details are handled directly by Stripe; Aroundly never sees full card numbers.

From providers: business listing details, service catalog, schedule, and connected Stripe account info needed to receive payouts.

Automatically: basic device and usage logs (IP, browser, the pages you visit) so we can keep the service running and prevent abuse.

• Run the booking and payment flow.
• Send booking confirmations, reminders, and review requests.
• Share booking details with the provider you booked, and vice versa.
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Improve the product. We use aggregated metrics, never sell individual data.

We share data with the parties needed to deliver the service you asked for: the provider you booked, our payment processor (Stripe), and our email provider (Resend).

We don't sell your personal data and we don't use it for advertising on third-party platforms.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. Email privacy@getaroundly.com.

If you're in the EU/UK, you can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We keep booking records for as long as needed to support providers' tax and accounting obligations (typically 7 years). Account data is deleted within 30 days of an account closure request, except where law requires otherwise.

Payments run through Stripe. Sign-in runs on our own authentication (with optional Google sign-in). Our own databases are encrypted at rest, and access is logged and limited to the team members who need it.

Aroundly isn't for children under 16. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we'll remove the account.
