Terms of Service.

Last updated May 13, 2026

Welcome to Aroundly. These terms govern your use of the Aroundly web app, the provider dashboard, and any related services (collectively, “Aroundly”). By using Aroundly you agree to these terms.

If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Accounts

You need an account to book most appointments or to manage a business listing. You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.

You must be at least 16 to create a customer account, and 18 to operate a provider organization.

2. Bookings

When you book a service through Aroundly you're entering into an agreement with the provider, not with Aroundly. The provider sets the price, availability, and cancellation policy.

Aroundly acts as a marketplace and payment facilitator. Payment is processed by Stripe; refunds and disputes are handled per the provider's policy and applicable law.

3. Provider responsibilities

If you list a business, you're responsible for the accuracy of your listing, for honoring confirmed bookings, and for complying with local laws (including tax obligations and any required licenses).

Aroundly may remove listings that violate these terms or that receive a pattern of credible complaints.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Aroundly to harass others, scrape data, attempt to circumvent platform fees, or do anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

5. Fees

Aroundly charges providers a service fee on each completed booking. The current rate is published on our pricing page and may be updated with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Disclaimers

Aroundly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We're not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by listed businesses, but we do our best to keep the marketplace trustworthy.

7. Termination

You can stop using Aroundly any time. We can suspend or end your access if you violate these terms. Sections that should survive termination (fees owed, dispute resolution, limits of liability) do.

8. Changes

We'll post any updates to these terms here. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email or in-product banner before it takes effect.

9. Contact
